DESIGN
Here at Cove Design our passion and background is in design. We begin the design process with a meeting where we discuss the look and feel of your wedding or event, your overall vision, and any important elements you would like to include in your design. We then utilize this information to create three stationery suites and send them to you to review. Once you review your designs, we meet again to discuss your thoughts and go through up to three rounds of revisions. Finally, with the design process complete we move on to the printing process to bring your design to life!
LETTERPRESS PRINTING
Letterpress printing is a printing technique that uses old fashioned machines, like our Golding Number 6, to press your design into thick cotton paper. All inks are mixed by hand to your exact color specifications, papers are cut to stationery specific sizes, and designs are printed in house to ensure your invitations and other stationery needs reach the level of perfection you are looking for. FLAT PRINTING
We also flat print at Cove Design, and have an eight-color printer in house. Flat printing is a modern printing technique that gives a clean, crisp finish on thick card stock. This printing technique can be used for invitation design however, it is most commonly used by Cove Design for day of stationery. Day Of stationery can include but is not limited to menus, programs, table numbers, and signage.
